Welcome to When Bards Attack, a weekly live play D&D Podcast. For over 20 years members of this group have been playing RPG games together in some form or fashion including: D&D, Starwars, Heroes Unlimited, Dragonquest, Robotech, and others!

If you have been interested in D&D or RPG gaming and want to check out a "real game," then look no further!  We are not professionals or voice actors, but good friends that enjoy the craft and the game.  We try to make our stories entertaining, with a heavier emphasis on role playing, character development, and storytelling.

Now, you can join Dungeon Master Doug Kappauff and our players on our adventures as we explore many worlds created by our imaginations. Our games are streamed live on Twitch and Youtube Sunday nights, and many Wednesday nights. You can also catch the audio broadcast on Spotify! 

Our current campaign is a D&D 2024 ruleset homebrew called "StarFall." You can catch it Sunday nights at 730pm (CST)!

We currently have a secondary game running every other Wednesday night at 730pm (CST) called "Curse at Ravenspire," a Curse of Strahd playthrough.
